Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Orders within Spain are delivered in up to 3 business days from dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free for orders within Spain. Orders to the rest of the EU have a standard fee of €20.

Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us at Mostafa@getpalma.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and with original tags. To initiate a return, please email us at Mostafa@getpalma.com.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size guide on its own page. If you have any doubts, contact us by email and we will help you choose.

Are the materials authentic?
We work with premium synthetic leather and selected materials. Each product page details the exact composition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods.

Is it safe to pay?
Yes. All transactions are processed through certified payment gateways with SSL encryption.
